I have responded recently to Dr Naidoos complaint, sent to me directly, as she detailed above. I responded, that contrary to the claim, we agreed to refund the fees in question as per our signed terms, if and when we relet the property. We did indeed relet the property to a government Minister, but unfortunately it did not proceed. The property was withdrawn from our books shortly afterwards, and we were unable to source a second tenant in such a short space of time. We have offered Dr Naid ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
If the agent had responded to repeated emails and voice messages, not charged us such a large agency fee and generally been helpful and honest then we would use them again.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
