It is regrettable that the landlord chose to reject the offer you made on the property, albeit lauristons made every effort to encourage him to do so based on the facts presented, but we cannot be held responsible for this decision. There is no sense of responsiveness to the client. Our calls were not answered till much later and when done they were no solutions to our requests

Costa Leventis (branch manager) made the landlord aware on 4th April 2013 of the conditions relating to the offer. These were the furniture, electrical appliances, curtains and painting of the property. The following working day (offer fell evening before the bank holiday weekend) Saturday 6th April 2013 Louise Brown the lettings progressor produced the tenancy agreement which contained all 4 additional clauses agreed by all parties and issued this via docusign. We would be grateful if Richard could identify himself with a surname or property address as I have absolutely no idea who this.
