Cockroaches, bed bugs, mice all within 3 weeks of moving in to this place. I was told that I was making up the mice (after already previously reporting the bedbugs and cockroaches) and that I needed video evidence of mice or they weren't going to sort the problem. My housemates and I spent our entire tenancy chasing them on various issues to do with the house, some took up to 4 months to be handled.
