I recently had a frustrating experience with a letting company that I feel compelled to share. The communication was incredibly poor; I often had to chase them for updates on my application, and when I did receive responses, they were vague and unhelpful. Additionally, the property I rented was not maintained well. Upon moving in, I discovered several issues that should have been addressed beforehand, like leaking taps and dirty carpets.
