Our recent experience with Belvoir was extremely poor. The communication was terrible. Calls were not returned. Information was outdated and inaccurate. I felt unsupported by them particularly as I was paying them to act on my behalf. I was not supported to achieve the best price or sales experience at all. I would not recommend their services, and should I need to utilise an estate agent in the future I would not choose them again.
I can't speak highly enough about the staff at Stags in Wellington. We have recently bought through them. It was an incredibly long and drawn out process, due to legal and other matters out of their and our control.
