At Knight Frank we work hard to provide the highest quality service for all our clients and I apologise that you felt your experience was not satisfactory on this occasion. I can assure you that your offer was put forward in the best light possible to our vendor, and that it was our vendor's decision that your offer was not at a level that they were willing to accept. We immediately informed you of their decision and of the level that they were willing to accept. If I can be of any further ass ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
This Agent has a prestigious brand and should have a duty of care to anyone who deals with them. Before they represent a property they should make sure that the property details are accurate and they should be willing to stand by their marketing details. If they are only ever interested in the Landlord (taking instructions) they will run out of people willing to be tenants with them as agent. Their poor behaviour will surely catch up with them in the long term.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Knight Frank in my experience is the most dishonest agent. In my opinion if they have been transparent and honest with residents and respected their views and were less greedy and acted for the residents and not against them and cared and understood that some of their decisions that they make purely for selfish reasons would effect our lives, then we both would have had a much better, calmer relationship. Knight Frank lied from day one when they presented themselves and promised things that they never intended to follow.
