I approached Kings Edmonton for a tenant find service only. We negotiated on the deal and they finally agreed they would not charge a renewal fee.

Awful, misled us as Landlords by not indicating that the tenants required a guarantor. Low and behold the first months rent was late and then the tenants stop paying. Contact details for tenanats and the gurantor were sketchy. Avoid at all costs....
