Dear Jose, I’m sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with the Khalil Properties service when you moved into the property back in September 2013. The complaint that you have made in February 2014 is taken very seriously, I would like to clarify a few things from our point of view. You secured the property at the beginning of June 2013 and the property was and always had been advertised as part-furnished.
