What agent could do to change your mind?
The worst agent ever. Improvements could be; Respond to emails, Respond to phone calls, Send round professional maintenance, not your mates with a screwdriver, Give 24 Hours notice to all tenants when entering property, Deal with mould properly. Just in general basically, be a nice person, not a dodgy independant agency that are clearly low on money so need to take money left right and center. I would be ashamed to work there.Attached Filesnbsp;

Extortionate, Check out fees were ridiculous, Clearly has a connection with Brighton and Hove Cleaning Company who allow them to change the price. Be aware of this cleaning company too.

i think the fees should be relative to the rental period.for example someone renting 3 months should not pay the same as someone renting for 6 months.all in all agents fees will always vary ,but its nice to have a competitive rate.
