I would like to clarify that we use the TDS - The Dispute Service, (not DPS) in relation to bonds on all Keylet managed properties. It is unfortunate that we have been unable to locate you as one of our tenants. We take all complaints very seriously and would have liked the opportunity to discuss the content of your review in person. Not worth the money. Maintenance men were great but staff at the office are clueless and very unhelpful
