What agent could do to change your mind?
I dont think Kevin Henry should have charged for the sale of the property seeing as they gave us so many costs (financial and emotional) we did not think would would need to drag them through the sale and to pay them at the end of it was a kick in the teeth

I deeply regret that we advertised your parents house for sale after we were specifically requested not to.
