What agent could do to change your mind?
Take ownership and resolve problems and not pass the blame to everyone else. Surprised they can get tradespeople to work for them!

We do not leave tenant without heating and would do everything possible to maintain the property to the highest standard. What agent could do to change your mind?
No I do not wish to discuss this with the agent via this method. I have written to the MD of the Haslemere office and would prefer to deal with him directly. There are too many things they could have done better throughout our tenancy to change my mind that it really isn't worth writing them down here.
