The DPS is a waste of time when Kavanagh had blatantly lied on the checkout report that we were not even informed was being carried out let alone invited to be present.
The DPS said that the photos taken prior to us moving in were too poor to use. Kavanagh's said that rubbish left was ours when it was the landlords, Kavanagh's charged us for removing the landlords compost heap which was there when we moved in but of course the DPS only know what rubbish was fed to them by Kavanagh's, we had no ...
