It was terrible, unreasonable. First, the property itself was demanding higher rent already and especially after all the mistakes? They should've been more apologetic if they wanted just about any potential tenant to rent the place!

I can only support all of these comments. I own my flat and they are no better as freeholders or as a management agency (they are both in my situation).
They are a disgraceful company. Be very very wary of the positive reviews on other sites. I don't know a single person that would speak highly of them, let alone write a positive 5* review.
