We paid around 200/250 GBP plus VAT. I think is a reasonable amount compared with other agents. Anyway, I think that the Agent's fees should be paid by the landlord as they are making their life easier. I can deal directly with the landlord in order to avoid those fees but... this is how it goes (at least at the moment)

I think the fees are at market rate, but I don't have much information about other estate agents. It's never nice to have to pay fees, of course, but I suppose I didn't feel like I paid them for no reason.
