I feel that the renewal fees in the contract should be lowered to a value which reflects and supports that as estate agency, at the stage a tenant agreeing to renew, they would value the quality of the tenant more so than their own profit margins. I would recommend a reduction from £102 inclusive of VAT, to £72 inclusive of VAT.
