Addition to my comment - I believe I must have dealt with the same manager you dealt with. I thought that she had some grudge against me but it appears that that is the way she has been trained to deal with tenants by this company - I think it must have been a very unlucky day for me when I decided to take a flat through them. ...

Rented a House from them and when we moved we spent 2 days cleaning and making sure it was spotless. Jordans then refused to give our deposit back saying it was dirty which is not true. Do not deal with these people....

That is so true - the same branch said we never gave the post key back. And have failed to release our deposit after nearly 3 weeks of not living in the property. ...

The only people giving positive feedbacks would be the landlords as the agency works only for the interests of the landlords and will not hesitate for one minute to be unfair to the tenant. ...
