Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you felt this was not acceptable however standard pracice requires an agent to take any reported breach of the head lease or tenancy agreement seriously, which was the reason for the attendance on this day. There were numerous attempts to enter the property via yourself providing the access however there was no response and as such we were obliged to investigate further. This matter has now been resolved by discussing this with you in person. ...
