What agent could do to change your mind?
This has not been a good experience for me and I sincerely think that Jones Robinson need to get their records straight so that incorrect and misleading information isn't acted upon and to understand that without tenants Jones Robinson don't have any income. The sheer number of assumptions, errors, innacuracies and poor communications has left me wondering whether I'm unlucky or if this is the norm. I have spoken to Jones Robinson about my expereince and made my feelings clear but this made little difference.
