What agent could do to change your mind?
It should have been stated what the money was for and that it is not compulsory for the sale of the property at the very beginning of the consultation and before any paper work was signed. Also it would be helpful if all their sellers had the feeling that they where working for them and not for the potential buyers who would take up their mortgage offers. I am a cash only buyer so was never interested in a mortgage but never felt that they where there for me.
