Awful estate agent, terrible communication, rude, obnoxious and generally very unhelpful. Also very dishonest, reported several problems to them and was then told a few weeks late that it's the first time they had heard anything about it.
Avoid them like the plague....

Myself and my partner are having the same problems. Moved into the house in march this year, in april we reported the downstairs heaters give off fumes and the roof leeks (leaks?) it is now october and still nothing has been done despite ringing almost every week. To make thing worse they know we have a baby and coming up to winter we need both problems doing.
