John Francis forms the largest Welsh Owned Estate Agency with 21 offices covering the whole of Swansea and West Wales. Properties registered for sale through any John Francis office are available in all our offices. For a sole agency fee therefore all our clients have the benefit of 21 offices offering their property to potential buyers. These facilities are possible by the use of modern technology linking all our offices together to work as one. Our Lettings Department is centralised in 3 offices. The first covers the whole of the City of Swansea, The Gower and the Swansea valley; the second, east Carmarthenshire including Llanelli and Ammanford and the third, the whole of Pembrokeshire. Information on all properties in these departments are again available throughout our group of offices. Our Commercial department is also a specialised department but due to the area covered is split into two offices. The first is located in Walter Road Swansea and covers the City & County of Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot County and east Carmarthenshire. This office will also often cover areas to the east of our offices and regularly advise on properties in Rhondda Cynon Taff and the Vale of Glamorgan areas. The second office is based in Narberth and covers west Carmarthenshire including Carmarthen town itself, Pembrokeshire & Ceredigion
