Exorbitant even before I had to end the tenancy halfway through and be incorrectly charged for fixing the flat. It is very clear that it is in this agent’s interest to encourage tenants to terminate their tenancy mid way as it means more fees from both tenant and landlord.

I would just like to say how fantastic Jack and Ed at John D Wood in Richmond have been. We purchased a property where it seemed everything that could go wrong did, the solicitor on the other side was very unprofessional but Jack and Ed kept the deal on the table, despite many frustrations. Hi there,
Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the property management service. As your old landlord's PA, I am reviewing the suppliers we use. However, as such I know that in this case you did not receive your security deposit as you and your housemates completely ruined a Rosewood table that cost thousands of pounds. John D Wood were instructed to not release the deposit due to this damage.
