What agent could do to change your mind?
They should keep the landlord informed of all mails sent to the property. They should pay help landlord to pay the outstanding charges in time. They shld do a sanity check on the tenant during check out to make sure he has made all payment before he leaves.

Absolutely shocking service. I appreciate that mistakes happen and things slip, but it shouldn't keep happening over and over. They manage our property and we have to chase them all the time to get answers and they're just inefficient....
