Jigsaws was formed on the 9th of June 2008, the very same day The Guardian ran with the headline "Traders predict house prices will fall by 50% in 4 years". They also highlighted that "Job losses to hit estate agents". In the face of adversity Jigsaws was born, with a confidence that our approach to property and our clients would see us through the tough times.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Complaints Procedure

Should you have any problems with Jigsaws' service which you are unable to resolve with the member of staff dealing with your application you should write to the branch/department manager. This complaint will be acknowledged within five working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken. A formal written statement expressing Jigsaws' final view will be sent to you within 20 working days and will include the resolution proposed. This letter will confirm that you are entitled, if dissatisfied, to refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) within six months for a review. For the avoidance of doubt, TPO will only review complaints made by consumers.
