I think that the complainant has refereed to the wrong agency in their comment as we are based in Hendon and do not manage any properties in Christchurch, in any event we have a complaints procedure in place and if you are able to provide more details as F23 doesn't provide any information, and I would need to be provided with the address of the property in question and the name and contact details of the actual tenant before we could look into this matter. What agent could do to change your mind?
I wanted to offer way above the asking price of this property as I am so keen on that street, I am truly so shocked that I have just been spoken to like that, as the property industry in NW London is so tight this information will be spread rapidly. Word of mouth can be very important in this industry, especially if its a small company whereby the director also acts as a receptionist like this one did.
