Ludavicka Thank you for your comments and giving us feedback, I would like to add that whilst you were good tenants for 3 years the flat was not left clean , and we actually gave you the chance to come back and clean the flat and you did take up the offer and you were NOT charged anything towards cleaning, even though the landlord still did have a cleaner , re-clean the flat after your further efforts as they were not adequate for the next tenants, the £50 charge (£16.66 between 3 tenants) ...
