Lichfield office - customer service beyond poor. Promised on market 3 days took 14 days, couldn't communicate between themselves, kept getting told different things. and it was pure luck that property sold as buyers were infuriated with them aswell they requested viewing it took 3 weeks for Jayman ...

Truly poor customer service. We were looking to buy a house in Lichfield and went round majority of agents. Jayman seemed to have very little knowledge or concept of estate agency and the whole office seemed unproffesional and totally dissatisfied in there work.
I would stay clear and use a more proper estate agent. ...
