Efficient and friendly despite being a busy office. Reading some of the other reviews I am genuinely surprised I experienced the exact opposite. Jayman gave me good service as a tenant and dealt with minor repairs efficiently using good quality tradesmen. I was treated respectfully and professionally by Jayman and their associates.

Dear Tenant, With regret we were unable to release your deposit until your landlord had confirmed this in writing to us. The deposit was released by BACS when this was received. All of our fees are outlined in the agreement you signed when you moved into the property.
