They were prepared to accept a reduced fee if I didnt achieve the level i was looking for, which was refreshing that they would share the pain with me. As it turns out, i got my magic number so I was happy to pay the 1.5%

James Pendleton charge me ‚£80 to renew my lease each year, which from the look of it seems to be on the lower side for agency fees. My check-in fee was ‚£120, but that was 5 years ago so has likely increased by now. In general I can't consider the fees extortionate, they seem quite reasonable when compared to other agencies.
