What agent could do to change your mind?
If a tenant is honest, pays their bills, passes the out inventory check no problem, just give them their deposit back, and give them a reference when they request it without trying to charge them a fee for doing so. Them simple 2 things would of resulted in a positive review!

The agent should have actually acknowledged our complaints and reponded to our calls and emails. They should have rectified their mistakes instead of calling us liars and hanging up!

No lied, been helpful and pleasant. Dealt with matters in a professional manner, not an aggressive and faintly ridiculous one! They should not be trading and I hope they do not continue to for much longer.

You escaped much better than I did as an overseas landlord! My property was totally trashed. They had charged for things such as professional cleaning that had not taken place. A fully managed service was paid for, and they billings were actually all wrong - cheated - but no management at all. I would not trust these people as far as I could throw them! ...
