What agent could do to change your mind?
1- To have fairly resolved my problems in the appartment. 2- Paying me the money I had to pay to fix stuff in the appartment which I had documents that proved that it was not broken by me but it was very old and hasn't been maintained for a while ( they never helped in anything, with the excuse that the lanlord cannot be reached) 3- For being more helpful and fair in getting back my deposit, the money is still with them after a year, again with the excuse that the Lanlord cannot be reached.
