We thought it was only landlords that had problems with this shower. They do not deserve to be in business, they treated us with total disregard took our money and did nothing. They should not call themselves letting agents. Our apartment was wrecked plus all removable goods stolen, when we ask for the deposit back they wanted to deduct the management fee from it, even though no rent had been received? Unbelievable! ...
