There was a ‚£60 admin fee each time we renewed our tenancy, which was not too bad. I can't remember the fees we were asked to pay at the outset, but they were not out of the ordinary for the rental market in Oxford.

I thought their fees were more than fair, especially their renewal fees which are much more reasonable than other agents we have encountered. Also there are no unexpected fees, you pay your fee at the beginning and a reasonable renewal fee and thats it.

Initially I thought that the fees were quite high compared to some other letting agents but I wanted the flat so paid anyway. Since then I feel it has been money well spent as they have been excellent landlords so far and fees going forward (renewal and check out) are much less than others. In fact, I don't think there is a check out fee!
