Their admin fee for arranging my tenancy was slightly below what I'd paid in the past, which was nice. I was also happy to note they did not charge any type of "finder's fee" for taking the property off the rental market.

Mr. Scott, you should really try living in a property "maintained" by Hutton Parker as a tenant to know how horrible they are with maintenance and service. Being a landlord probably makes it convenient for you to use them and their lies to find tenants quickly, but it is the tenants who have to suffer. They charge 1/2 month rent + vat as the agency fee from tenants, and in return provide service that can only be considered as a pure disgrace! ...

I have never in my entire life come across people as worse as the ones that work at Hutton Parker. Essentially, they think just because you're students they can get away with a lot of terrible crap. In my experience, we barely got any of our deposit back despite the house being cleaned professionally. I even got fined £100 for having a side table in the bedroom that hadn't belonged there before. I have no idea where the table came from and who put it there or if they were making it up, but ...
