I am a Landlord with loads of high end properties in and around East London. I have come across a lot of this agency's adverts with very low end prices for high end properties or at times pictures of apartments in buildings such as WIQ and Ontario Tower with a crap description with spelling errors, 'NO AGENTS' being the give away as to their crap because most off the agents I have worked with in E14 are happy to work with each other on splits. Moving on - if you look past the adverts and call them they sound like total nervous wrecks with no clue as to the best short let rates to offer - these guys are not even the smartest scam artist out there in fact the staff who are using the company image are severely tarnishing the company image and more importantly insulting anyone with half a brain! THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN OR WEED OUT THE FRAUDULENT STAFF MEMBERS
