What agent could do to change your mind?
Could have responded to telephone calls in a reasonable time frame,should have listened to the problems we were having and acted in a more helpful and efficient manner.Attached Filesnbsp;

Fees were much too high for the level of service they did not provide. Poor company who do not care about the tenants.
