You too, huh? Over a month now without my deposit being returned despite the landlord agreeing to the full amount. This all sits with Howsy and their appalling service. I'd recommend sending them a Subject Access Request, raising a dispute with MyDeposits and complaing about them to the Property Redress Scheme. ...

I raised a maintenance complaint with them when I moved in in 2018. It wasn't fixed when I moved out 12 months later. In adition to that, one of their representatives pulled a cabinet off the wall during a viewing and then they tried to charge me for it. Still haven't got my deposit returned. These guys are the absolute pits! ...
