In comparison to other agents who I have rented from in the past, Hove Lets offer competitive fees. I do believe that agent's fees generally speaking are very expensive, but I feel that Hove Lets do all they can to reduce them where and whenever possible.

Fees are standard for the area - however the contract renewal fee is good value at £60 for the whole property. Deposit is reasonable, and although we had a change in tenants a year or so ago they didn't increase our deposit which other agents may have done.
