I am not too keen on the checkout fee of £48.00 given that this has come straight out of my deposit. I consider this something to be performed by Hove Lets without the need to charge me for it.

Janey has been very helpful answering all of my questions. This is the first time that i am renting a property in the UK and i must say i have the best experience. The most important thing is that Janey is very friendly and she responds to emails immediately so whatever question you have, you will always get a response from Janey
