I have peace of mind having Hotblack as my Management Company. They are constantly communicating with me on matters relating to my property. The leasing staff are doing a good job making sure my property always has a tenant; repairs to any part of the flat done when necessary.

Fees & Payments (as permitted under the Tenant Fees Act 2019)
Holding Deposit - One week’s rent
Security Deposit - 5 weeks rent to £50,000pa or 6 weeks if higher
