As a tenant that has recently dealt with Zehra, I can only empathise and wholeheartedly agree with HC104. If indeed Zehra has has no cause for concern ever being raised, consider concern raised as of now. Zehra is extremely short in emails, and fails to read the content and reply accordingly. She has also either mis quoted or concocted TDS guidelines into an email-this is misleading and ill informed at best, dishonest at worst. What agent could do to change your mind?
At first they could have tried learning from their mistakes 1) Not placed unsuitable tenants in my property 2) Rewarded my loyalty with a discount 3) Been professional 4) Try to be organised 5) Communicate better In the final months I was with them: Nothing, there was absolutely NOTHING they could have done that would have stopped me running from the hills.
