We found the fees fair considering how professional the service was. We were driven to viewings and every appointment was clearly organised and Daniel or the driver was very punctual. When we secured our apartment Hotblack ensured it was professionally cleaned to a pristine standard. Signing of documents etc was also effortless when dealing with them and as mentioned everything was dealt with swiftly and efficiently

Fortunately we do not receive many bad reviews as our statistics will prove, but it is not nice to receive a negative one, more so when you read one which only tells half the story. Yes we introduced a tenant who, despite being referenced and passed by an independent referencing agency, managed to produce a false passport and a false identity. The police confirmed this.
