We are sorry that "V" feels that we have not listened to there concerns. The property they are referring to is being sold by us but we are not the managing agent only the sellers, we have reported this persons concerns to the actual Vendor , however due to Data Protection we cannot disclose any information about the Vendor, however as it is a council owned property then Cardiff City Council would be able to help them with any concerns or issues they may have and would also address these concerns ...
