Now that the year has come to an end and we have received an award from the Property Redress Scheme, I have to report that the owner of Horizon and of the Property Company that sits behind it, doesn't appear to care about the welfare of the tenants. Certainly the tenants in this case suffered hugely from the numerous problems. My advice is still well clear of Horizon. We have rented property from numerous bodies over many years and this is by far, far, far and away the worst experience we have e ...
