As this is an anonymous review, it is impossible for us to verify its contents, it could be a disgruntled competitive agent, or a tenant that we successfully evicted for non-payment etc. However we did have a rogue agent working for us who we caught cancelling viewings and re-arranging appointments. The individual concerned would send messages using Tracy's name, and he was sacked when we discovered his behavior. This tenant, whose name is incorrect, left the property in question owing a lot of money, no wonder he doesn't like us, because we are chasing him and his guarantor for payment of his rent owed, and he was evicted from the house! ...
