She covered everything when asked and made sure the seller and myself (buyer) was keep updated all the time. I wish all staff at estate agents are good as this lady. Even to the smallest requests, Emma was superb and she must be applauded on her excellent skills which she probably thinks is a norm. It just made the complete processing from putting in the offer to final days so easy with the way she handled with everything.
