I am so pleased it is not only me in this situation. Hollendale Kane are the WORST agents I have had the misfortune of using in my 18 years in London. I only moved into my flat recently and they have made gaping mistakes at every opportunity. They are completely useless and the quality of their staff is truly awful. What makes it worse is that they all seem to have an attitude as though they are experts in the field. ...

Never use this agency. So many other alternatives. Staff are rude, don't answer calls. Use at your own risk. A complete bunch of cowboys. A word of advice, if something seems wrong at the beginning then heed the warning signs....

Totally AGREE! These guys are completely useless. It took them 3 weeks to arrange a viewing of a property and when they finally did, it was the wrong property and it was already let. They are useless. The woman who I was working also told me that their was no contract fee charged by HK. I later found out that it was a few hundred pounds. ...
