What agent could do to change your mind?
Refund us our money for renting us a house that is absolutely not fit for purpose and shouldn't have been let in the first place!

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have tried to understand my concerns instead of brushing them off and refusing to clarify matters for me. They could also have given me the simple respect of answering my emails within an acceptable time limit without me having to constantly follow up with them.
