Looks like hillview park estates as well as Nisha herself have a good history of “cleaning up…potentially incriminating info” I have video evidence of these conversations with Nisha’s telephone number. Dear KLJ, Unfortunately your account below is factually incorrect. Hillview was simply mediating between yourself and our landlord client, who was well within his rights to opt to deal with the deposit dispute himself. Your award was 100% based on the landlord missing the sensitive deadline to submit his evidence which resulted in your deposit being returned by default. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
